2018 Panini Flawless Platinum #76 One of One

In keeping with the Panini Flawless theme, here is the 2018 Panini Flawless Platinum card, from the sealed, encased Flawless line.

This card is a one of one, which can be seen in script, just to the right of the word Flawless, on the card front.    The Hoard needs only the Emerald(serial #'d to 5) and the Canary Yellow(serial #'d to 3), to complete Herschel's run in the set.

2018 Panini Flawless Sapphire #76

The Herschel Hoard is pleased to add another card from the 2018 Panini Flawless collection.   These sealed, encased cards include an actual jewel.

This is the Sapphire edition, which is serial numbered to 15, with this example being #12.  This is the 785th different Herschel Walker card in my collection, as I inch closer to 800.

Also in the Hoard from this set are: Ruby, Diamond and Chocolate Diamond.   There is also a Flawless Collegiate set.  I have one of those, which features Herschel in his Georgia uniform.

2018 Panini National Treasures Collegiate Printing Plates Yellow #33 One of One

The Herschel Hoard is pleased to add another One of One Printing Plate.  This is the Yellow Plate from the 2018 Panini National Treasures Collegiate set.    Herschel has two different card #'s in this set, 13 and 33.  This is the third printing plate from this series that I own.

1994 Stadium Club Super Bowl XXIX Embossed #33

I am very pleased to add this tough to find card to the Herschel Hoard.  This is a 1994 Stadium Club Super Bowl Embossed card, #33 of Herschel Walker.   This card was initially available at the January 1995 Super Bowl card show in Miami.

The Super Bowl XXIX logo is embossed on the card front, just above the RB.  Unlike the Super Teams cards from this set, the logos are not in gold foil, and you almost have to have the card in hand in order to see the embossing.

Here is the blurb on the card from Beckett: "Collectors who attended the 1995 N.F.L. Experience Super Bowl Card Show in Miami could trade five Topps products wrappers for a 5-card cellophane pack of this issue.  The cards are essentially a parallel to the 1994 Stadium Club release embossed with the XXIX Super Bowl logo in the lower left corner of the card front.  Just the first two series of the set were issued with this embossed logo.  Note that the embossed logo does not contain gold foil like the Super Teams Super Bowl redemption cards."

These cards don't pop up very often, so it's a great find for me.
